Waiting Room Policy

For the safety of your pet, and that of others in our waiting and exam rooms, we ask that your pet be restrained on a leash or in a carrier. Leashes are provided for you outside the front door. You are welcome to take one home, if needed. Cardboard carriers are available for purchase. Ask our receptionist about them when you enter.

You may notice some of our personal pets roaming the premises. This is their second home and, hopefully, they provide a relaxed atmosphere for others. However, if they are being a bother, please let our receptionist know.

Appointment Policy

We operate by appointment. This allows our doctors and staff to give your pet our fullest attention. We make a sincere attempt to stay on time, and to minimize inconveniences. Unfortunately, we cannot always predict how long each appointment will take, so delays do occur from time to time.

We take drop off appointments. This allows you to have your pet seen, but we will fit him/her in between scheduled appointments. It will be necessary to leave him/her for a few hours most of the time. You and your pet will be admitted by one of our technicians. Once the doctor has had an opportunity to evaluate your pet, you will be contacted.

Payment Policy

We require a deposit on after hour emergencies and hospitalized cases. We will gladly prepare a written estimate for anticipated services and discuss payment options with you. Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Care Credit, check with approval, and cash.
